We ship to almost every country in the world.

We strive to ensure the maximum security of your delivery.

Our preferred partner is BXB, which partners with companies such as Aramex, Velox, and USPS. Their services include insurance, excellent customer support, and compensation in the event of loss or damage to your package.

BXB's services are more expensive than Russian Post.

This partner ships to almost every country: the US, Europe, and Asia. This is possible thanks to sophisticated logistics. With this delivery service, you can even send parcels to countries that do not accept parcels from Russia due to sanctions. With some rates, the duty is borne by the sender, while with others, the recipient. This depends on the characteristics of the item and its dimensions.

Another partner is Russian Post. This company is the largest transport company in Russia. Their shipping rates are cheaper. We can ship via Russian Post, but you are responsible to customs. Russian Post does not have insurance, and sometimes shipments get lost. Parcel and shipping costs are not reimbursed.

In some cases, parcels are lost entirely.
Shipping to Europe is particularly challenging. In 2025, our parcels from Russia were lost in Germany and France. Parcels are most often lost here.
Shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and several other countries is not available via Russian Post.

Therefore, we offer you a choice of carrier. If delivery is possible, we offer a choice of two different shipping companies.

With BXB, we are responsible for your shipment until it arrives in your country. With Russian Post, our responsibility continues until the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.

In 2025, BXB successfully delivered 97% of parcels. We received compensation for lost shipments and passed the money on to our customers.

80% of shipments were delivered on time or slightly late.

Russian Post In 2025, 92% of shipments were successfully delivered. Of these, 69% arrived on time.

23% of shipments were delivered significantly late or were only found after a search report was filed. We always assist our customers and communicate with the post office until the shipment is found or until we receive a loss notification.

Russian Post does not insure shipments.

In the event of loss, Russian Post will only reimburse the shipping costs. This process occurs several months after the search report is filed. It's a very lengthy process.

The buyer assumes all risks associated with international shipping.
By choosing Russian Post shipping, the buyer acknowledges that this shipping method does NOT include insurance.
If the package is lost, damaged, or delayed, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the value of the goods.
Only the shipping fee is refundable by the carrier.
The seller’s responsibility ends once the package is handed to the carrier, as confirmed by the tracking receipt.
